Ad(min) was part of the original Doriath. He is new to epic lvls so if u see him give him a break. After a while, so he can experament and get some exp with epic lvls, i will reevaluate him.

Btw I also want to get something clarified about the advancing system. Ranking up is for a High Elf to judge whether the member has contributed satisfactorily to the clan in terms of activeness, thoughts and ideas and helping out other clan members. Or is it just based on the member's amount time being on GS?

Untill u reach Liaquendi u can just tell a High Elf u are, he should just say ok, jsut try to tell me so i can update. The only way you can not rank up is if told so by a high elf. After Laiquendi u must ask permission from a High Elf and the high elf will consider how much u contribute to the clan and your activness. Off of this he will make his decision.

ok these times in GTM, tho some of these times I might not be on gs, but well here it is:

monday to wednesday: 3-5pm and then 8- around 11/12pm

thursday to sunday: if not hanging with friends, 4-12pm
also friday and saturday... there are some big gaps there from time to time Ã????Ã????

I didnt say that he sucked at being a high elf... after talking to adisku about it we decided that he is not making a good high elf, he was not following directions and he ran into the spire randoming everyone, we had our reasons for lowering him from being a high elf and i dont think that i should be getting all the blame for lowering his rank. :angry:

This is the first time iv heard anything contrary to u telling him he sucked... I think the best way to do this is (everyone should be thinking about this) is  we have all the high elves (Me, Adisku, Kristie, Jas, Jek, Hubba) reset to Heru, along with maybe Ron, Blood, and Sullu and the clan votes who the high elves are and who has the TITEL 'king'. Just a though because of all the trouble we have been having lately. OR we have the clan vote who is titled king. Or the people in contriversy(Ron, Sullu, Blood, kristie, and JeK voted on to see who takes the 2 high elf positons, andthe other 3 remain Herus. I dont know..... tell me what i think.

Monday: 9pm-5:30am
Tuesday: 9pm-10:45am
Wednesday: 8pm-5:00am
Thursday: 9pm-10:45am
Friday: 9pm-12pm
Saturday: 10pm-10pm
Sunday:10pm-5:30am

MUAHAHA about 12hrs+ per day :P
