Does anyone know Sindarinian Elvish?

I wanna know, does anyone here actually know how to fluently speak it? I delved into a google search but i got lotsa different things and i dunno whats what, so I'm asking here. Before anyone asks also it's cuz I wanna learn. :P  :) B)

ok this thread is just hanging around with no one saying anything so let me start.

No I don't know how to speak elvish, I wish I did. It sounds so cool.

Sindarian elven is just mandarin with an accent i think

all elves are chinese
humans are westerners
dwarfs are those short westerners
halflings are short chinese
and drow are the blacks

so its all cool

sindarinian elvish, i know for a fact is its own language created by tolkien.
