Witches are female Wizards.
Yes I know... I have no idea why these random animals are carrying 148 gold and a magic fire ring. It will be forever a mystery![/span]

*pulls out big lore book*
The correct term would be, 'wizardresses' my friend. Now now, let's see what my book has to say about this, Ahem, "Of the practitioners of the Arcane Arts, the two most common are the sorcerer and the wizard.*skips to page twelve where the information he needs is located* Wizards are distict in their studies of the arcane and often specialize in only one area of the Arts."*realizes this isn't what he wants and skims down the page.* ahh, here it is, "It is much disputed as to what exactly a female wizard is called, witch or wizardress?, but since the male form of witch has been portrayed as worlock, a majority of the people of our time believe that the female form of wizard is wizardress."
-The Book of the Arcane, pp. 12, line 59.

I hope this may shine a light upon this.

A witch would be part illusionist to "alter self" that she is beautiful.................and have charm person abilities but definitely have -2 charisma. It'd be an NPC anyway

If this is for NWN then it would be the first class that has a gender requirement

Also i think witches of veyr high level should get time travel ability

And also, get augmented powers when casting as a coven.. - perhaps in multiples of 3?

no their shouldn't be a -2 charisma, but a +2int since she is supposively the oppisite of a wizard, but if she isn't than what are her spells base on? charisma like sorc and bard? in that case it'd be +2 charisma

ok i see that most of you have never played D&D the *witch* already exist its the sorcere it just have a diferente name and u cant hade cha or intel or ani other stat like that cause u get those whit the race not whit the class and btw for the time travel that spell already exist in D&D and 1 other tink if you would really make a class like that it would never be accepte cause its to powerfulll and it have no default aniway if u relly want to make a witch make it as a specail class (sorry forgot the name) not a class that u can take naturally.
