Yes we are yet again having a meeting, and it's my intention that we try having a meeting every sunday. Maybe we won't have anything to talk about sometimes, but now we do. Last sunday the meeting concerned a few topics, mostly the ranks. Hope ppl have noticed that, yes, there have been made changes.

Every sunday at 2pm GTM we will be having meetings. Please show up.

If in the future we have worked out all problems and don't need a meeting, then you will be told not to show up, but if not told, it means we're having a meeting. So show up no matter what (family matters or or injuries.... well we can make exceptions muhahaha).

10 am was fine but moving it back another hour is cutting into my sleep

i like it at 10 am (3 GMT)

We also need to post what should be discussed on those sunday meetings.

-My idea was finalizing the new roster, since the ranks were decided on
-Deciding what High Elves need to do what
-explaining how EXACTLY the new recruitment system will work

I had 7 points in mind to have some talk bout, which 2 of them already said by anheg.

1. the 5th high elf vote(at least I think that this would be the perfect place for this)
2. Member rank decidings.
3. High elf jobs/departments making(and then also choosing this high elf's assistent and such)
4.This school idea that sulluwen had.
5. Which forum is more usefull for us.
6. Alliences
7. Kinda coming to the forum part I think

Anyway I found that I'm not really informed bout those subject or that they not been official stated as confirmed.

well I was just thinking about you having to do something at 11am, then maybe the meeting takes some more then an hour if ppl don't show up right away. 2pm GTM is fine, but you know what's great? 2:30pm

hehe, extra half hour sleep for you and all show up then and the meeting starts at 2:45am would be quite good don't ya think?

punctuality, lets try and meet up at 2:30pm GTM, cuz now this time is FINAL ??

When you see other Doriath members playing online please tell them about the meeting, if people don't read it then spreading the word around on gs (is it on again?) is a good thing. Goes for all of us that read the forum.

Another thing with recruitment is how many we can have. I to beleive it is obviously good to keep an eye out for possible recruits, but we are getting too big, in my opinion, for our own good. THis will be discussed at the meeting.

irc is some big chat room where you can chat like msn but then on the scale like never winter nights chat. But since you can't do anything else when you are in nwn(well you gotta switch over and over and over bah) then irc is kinda handy. But to let such room stay existing then you gotta get a L opping thing in your channel. Otherwise if anyone left the channel the admin status and such are not reminded cause no things in that channel stores that info without a L.

the only real prob is getting ppl to come and use it. maybe 5 ppl know about the channel now, but we are way more in the clan, they just don't open their eyes when reading the forums.... well maybe they don't read the forums

atm there's the L bot and me kicking it on the doriath channel =D that guy is kewl lol

Alright guys, im really sorry i had to leave. I said i leave at 11 and it was 10:58...Does someone want to cetch me up on what happoned. I would post what i know but i hate posting incomplete info.

Just an idea, but i think we need to make someone the Meeting Manager. One person to keep a tab on what is to be discussed and to organize what will be talked about at the meetings, along with posting the meeting results. My vote goes to Blood if he is willing.

Oh well sorry if i not come before but that was cuz of beach soccer as i explained on Doriath Clan Roster Section. Well im going direct to the point : ok every sunday will have a clan meeting , i will try to come here the best i can like anyone, and i have 1 question now , is the ranks is already aproved? or is still deciding???
