Meeting:

departments:
We have 4 departments and 5 high elves.... so we need one more job.
Internal affairs has been suggested (doriath members complaining about each other and perhaps ranking up)

The fifth high elf:
I know Kristie hasn't been able to come to the site and there have always been obstackles, but I don't think he'll lose any respect as a Lord, so that there can come a high elf who's more here and talking. No offence intended, but I do think that a demotion is in order.
(Will be decided by votes)

The head of the communications department has put the chat channel up for us. Maybe it should be discussed wether ppl wanna come or not....

If anyone wants to add something we can talk about then plz do so.

(If someone that isn't a high elf or a high elf's apprentice wants to be able to recruit ask me about that and maybe you'll be permitted. Only for princes and up tho)

Since anheg doesn't want to go up at 9, but wants to at 10 and has to leave at 11 I suggest that we go back to having the meeting at 3pm GTM. (3pm GTM is 10am for him

but the snow will make it harder to drive >.<

Well well my lord blood , we need to see that recruitment system , cuz actually a lot of doriath members is pretty inactive and i think bionic want to join DE under another name , as ya saw on DE topic blood and that is suspictious.... how a guy than is doriath and sweared loyality to doriath can do that

Whatever im gonna talk about recruitment system , we need to recruit some ppls than not have atitude prob and is a good player , with a nice potential and if they can fight for doriath , not for theyselfs , is hard to find that type of ppls cuz actually 90% on ppls than not have a clan is arrogant and only thinks about theyselfs , too bad......

congrats mate

well the recruitment system is very simple, but does however provide the clan safety from those unworthy.
For joining Doriath ppl have to go through a 2 week recruitment system, seeing how we are so many ppl we can have an eye on all recruits and if they're bad just note it on the clan forums, so that we can cut the person off. When the 2 weeks of recruitment are over a person will be reviewed by the board, which consists of the high elves, if any inactive an apprentice is always capable of stepping in for him.

During the 2 weeks mentioned the recruit is still not allowed to add a tag to his name that he's infact in Doriath, but he will have to put it in hs bio, so that when he's examined ppl will see that he's a recruit of Doriath.

Who may recruit those who seem fit? well those are the high elves or their apprentices. Any prince may look out for possible recruits and point one out for the ones recruiting.
If a person thinks that he's fit for recruiting and wishes permission even though he's not a high elf or apprentice, special permission can be given if 2 high elves approve (apprentices again can speak for their high elves, if not the high elf isn't present).

There you have it, Shion, you may come forth with any suggestions you see fit.

It would be nice if everyone could give me what Guilds they are currently in. I know about the forms but i can be sure if somone listed all of the guils they have ever been in or the ones i want to know...I only know a few of your guilds (Mainly from Blood's Sig)

Okay my lord blood , i will try the best i can but still is hard to find that ppl type cuz the most i seen , like 90% of ppls are very rude or very arrogant , etc...
but as i told before i think than i found a nice ppl with nice skills , lets see where that will get that.....

well yes, but if ppl have skills then you can always recruit them on that. If you see that they are unworthy then we just say that they didn't make it through the recruitment. Most ppl like having honor and respect put into a game and fighting for a reason such as honor can entise anyone. I mean just look at how we took on the marauders, we did not stand down as everyone predicted, we stood tall!

well since it being that they haven't met our challenge about 10 times by now, I don't really think it'll be finished any time soon. They're lucky we're so patient and don't claim the victory as many other would do.

what did we get out of this meeting?

well I'll tell you:

Apprentices are now allowed to get their own apprentice. So in my case that's a chain with Blood Angel, Shion and then someone. No bigger chain then 3 ppl is allowed.

Inactivity will now be taken care off, and this is strict, but this is how it'll be done. If your inactive for more then 3 weeks then you may officially be removed from the clan roster and are not in doriath. If you have a good reason for this inactivity then it'll be considered.
Inactivity does not mean you not being on nwn. It means we do not hear from you at all.

We suggest that some rules were made, and I'll get on that right away. But one rule will be that everyone has to have a way for others to reach them, if it's the forum with a pm, irc or msn, this just has to be an option for the clan to get in touch with the members.
(3 rp rules, or more if needed, will be made as guidelines)

-Apprentices should not be able to pick a successor of equal or higher rank

perhaps the rule on apprentices have to have lower rank then their 'Lord?'

excuses that make sense will be taken in consideration and with a broken cd there isn't much for jas to do about it, so that's a pretty good excuse. Tennis, is he on a tour or something?

Well well whatever is happening to solid sanek , im gonna tell to ya guys what im gonna to do right now , i created a mod for doriath clan meeting , after i saw anheg mod he told to me than he not know how to make scripts , just copy/paste , then after this i told and promised to anheg than im gonna make for doriath a mod for clan meeting cuz i know how to script for 1 reason , i work with script every week , but i have 1 prob , i noticed than toolset script is still based on language C++

as i created in 2 mounths before a DM WAND to help the guys than not know how to script here on LM , i wished than they changed the language to PASCAL or had it some option to choose another language with the each updates....indeed .PASCAL language with Delphi interface that is what im working with every week on MicroSiga Firm..... then whatever im already starting to create the mod , im gonna get him up for tests on Saturday or Sunday during doriath meeting so what ya guys think about this? i need to make to help ya guys having a doriath meeting secretly or no??

Activity for all clans and guilds on GS has gone down. Because of this, i dont agree with booting people for inactivity

Soon as i get a X-Box, Vampire: Bloodlines, and Guildwars along with Volleyball training and work, i will not be as active as i am now

Well Anheg , i dont agree with ya on that point cuz laws and rules is made to stabilize all than exist , for example if our world not have laws or rules , we would living on a WORLD OF CHAOS.....and if the work not have the rule "need to come always on job to accomplishe ya task or else is gonna be fired" , if that rule not existed then no one was gonna to work and are getting money for not doing anything on job??? nah , thats is unfair , cuz of that , inactivity = kick . Think about that Anheg , we doriath not are vagabond ppls

. I hope than ya can understed what im telling to ya anheg....
