Lttle help, I downloaded the Summit Server file, okay I have 2 things;

An ini file and "summits.file" were do I put the second one? or is it even used?

Eledgedly, you should just be able to type in a new account anme and password on the login screen, and press log in. The server should then automatically create your account. Simple, as that :)

Just use the inni, the other isnt for anything, put it in your Lineage II\System Folder, and overwrite the original.

well i dunno, but it may be that summits always saying ".inni" vs. ".ini"  :blink:

@Xen: ALT-Enter changes the windowed mode.

I know it may seem futile, but I persistantly keep trying to connect to Summit's server :)

The controls may shit me up the wal for some time, But I guess i'll get used to it. is there a way to customize or are we restricted to point and click? I got the dude running with nwn controls for a big mut I lagged and got disconnected lol.

I've lagged out of the server sevral times already... Seemingly, it's neither the best place, conenction wise, nor the best place for someone like me.. As the power scale seem a bit... uhh.. In the players favour...

Well, Killing stuff was decently fun, the NPC's there told me the best things to start with and realy they were the only things I could attack and live to talk about it. I did find a bow worth 6500 A if your interested ;) lol. Yeah it seems pretty damn fun once you get past the controls.

Well... Yes, killing can be fun, in a particular way...

However, on the server I've had access to, it has been a bit mindless, powergamer-like... I guess I'm too much of a roleplayer for that kind of... uh, players...

Well guys, I tried to get this to work, but I cant, so I am giving up on it, I dunno what else to do. I am very sorry for all the trouble I put you all through. I am gonna stick to NWN and Battlefield 1942, where I know my servers work and are Kick ASS!! :angry2:  :blush:

AS for the trouble ? No problem at all! But I think master Xen will have to delete the server entry he made for you.

Anyhow, time to go look for some other good mmorpg to poke around in...
