Author Topic: Who in the hell are the Antideluvians!?!? (Read 24925 times)

OK, so I have seen a couple Lizardfolk belonging to a clan called the Antideluvians running around GodSpire recently. They seem to be a clan of arcane casters, though i did see one ranger.

Anyway, they asked for their own clan area in GS, of course I had to tell them it may take some time since there are more pressing things that need to be finished first.

Right after that conversation GodSpire became overrun with lizards!!! I mean like six of them all came on and started dueling each other, discussing scary caster strategies and planning attacks on Doriath, the Mauraders AND DE, ultimatly planning on taking over their clan areas!

OH, and I noticed that none of them use True Seeing on their items.

Well, that's what my covert ops mission recovered, only one picture came out though:

The lizardfolk have been lurking around for awhile, but I never realized how strong their numbers had become.

Frankly, I think the rest of you clannies should be worried, because the Antedeluvians run a tight ship- none of this ranking up because you've been breathing fior a week. Oh no, they require demonstrations of prowess and knowledge.

careful though-
they can be quite a handful when they tag team; a while back three of them were on me in angband and i could hardly hold em off dammit! course i was usin my mage and we all know how much i suck at mage

I cryed of laughter.There are about 10 of them,all lvl 20.I think Lord Anheg and Lord Roncescal could take them all.

I didn't even notice that they were level 20. Well, now I just feel bad for them, level 20 and no True Seeing. No wonder the Lizardfolk in NWN campaign got their asses kicked.

Puny as they may seem right now, they have a good structure and a helpful attitude to their folk. They may not worry you now, but I still wouldn'r underestimate them.

it would be really bad if they were just using lv 20s at the time and think if they all actually had lv 40 chars that would be scary.

Exactly how many of these morag dudes are there?

As far as I remember only Morticia was decent (okay...she managed to damage me a bit...), the others werent' as good.

But then, this was last week, so I'm a bit outdated w/ GS happenings.

As for tag team...don't ask me about it. I've absolutely NO experience doing team duels.

Well I have seen most of them dueling, and they duel something fierce. They seem to progress with each duel. I have been watching, maybe even helping them with stradegy, but usually not

. lol. They will be getting better soon, just give em time.

I can see it now... Talon plans to train a bunch of newbies to humiliate players by beating level 40 duelers with these level 20 duelers! Diabolical!

I've seen a lot of them duel. They have a few decent members, but the one guy i had fun watching obviously didnt know what dispell is, cause he was casting fireball on someone with spell mantle till hte mantle went away

I dont know but there pretty strong. But there all mages and my fighter pwns all of them. The only way they beat me is to HW me to death then stun me. As for the other people who say that there a threat, i can pwn alot of them with my mage and trust me, im the shittest mage out there. Ask shadowfury

but anyway im not worried, i can pawn then alllll with my scyther. HAHAHAHA

Well, it looks like I was right! (Sometimes I hate being right)

Talon is indeed in the Antideluvian clan, he has gone from Apprentice to High Mage in what seems to be a single day AND he IS training his fellow clan members to kick level 40 dueler butt with level 20 duelers!!!

I hate it when my scariest, far-out theories turn out to be true!!!!!

zen either you are blind or we keep missin eachother- ive been on everyday for the past couple months lol.... just not the whole day lol... been busy tryin to get rune running a bit efficiently lol..... mostly the only ppl who come on are me and a few of the people i made dms just foolin around cuz we're bored... occasionnally we get a couple players lol....
