Yeah, I need to finish Kingdoms, buy ME3 and finish it, and start playing and finish Skyrim which I already own now. AC3 coming out soon too. Bah.

Well, Throbble and I couldn't create a character (timed out), then battle.net went down. At least we didn't bring down all of San Francisco's DSL this time like we did when Diablo II was launched.

In the EU server me and 2 friends kept spamming login for like 30 mins from exactly 0:00, ctrl+v enter all the way xd

Got a lvl 20 monk already, went to sleep at 5am and woke up at 8:00 to go to work!! xd

Probably for the best anyway. Blizzard had to bring down the D3 web servers and bring up extra game servers to deal with the traffic. I played solo from around 3:40 am (Pacific) to around 8:40 am, then Throbble woke up and we played until around 11:30 am when Blizzard brought down battle.net for "emergency maintenance" which was supposed to last 2 hours and lasted 4.

I took the opportunity to crash for a couple hours and eat something. Things seem to be much more stable now though. Except that all of our achievements got reset and I'm seeing colored dots superimposed over everything when I look away from my monitor.

Looks like Blizzard has identified the login probs that the American servers were experiencing. They expect to have the problem fixed and the servers back up by 11:30 pm PDT.

lol they launch a game and don't even have a proper PDF manual ready?  Nevermind that their online "game guide" is missing 80% content (coming soon) lol

Well I installed the game.  First off...wow it's weird to not be able to move with WASD...what the hell is that about??

Second there's some graphical glitches...weirdness around light sources...obviously why not.  I'll update my drivers tomorrow.

Im on nightmare already with my lvl 36 monk :o, the 2 friends I started playing with are both lvl 50 starting hell >< (I have split hours job, 4h in the morning and 4h in the afternoon) probably the only thing I hate about it... cos they always leave me behind because of it :o

Heh, I have 5 level 10+ characters, does that count? I'm trying to keep a good mix of classes at a range of levels for multiplayer.

Mercy and I had fun last night drilling demons with our Rapid Fire Demon Hunters!

Well, I am *finally* able to play now. I got the game release day, but due to Windows 7 complications I have had various delays. Not booting up and becoming completely unusable, for instance, requiring a complete reinstall of windows 7 might have set me back a bit, you think?

Not sure if I blame windows 7 yet, or if I blame intel's shitty raid program. Look up iaStor.sys, you'll see plenty of people pulling out their hair.

Anyway, I don't have any of my info on this computer yet, but I am all set up with everything configured (again) so I can play now. *finally* Woohoo!
