I tried to log into the server but i kept crashing while entering the city center :o, i dont have CEP maybe thats why.

Smith Hold doesn't use any hacks so it has to be something else. If it did you would not even be able to enter the server. Since you said City Center then I assume you get to the starting area, the road, alright, so you do not have any illegal gear equipped. I know this isn't too much help but at least you can eliminate some probabilities.
