The 0.1 patch (Nov 5) turned all the Halloween goodies into subscriber only items. This will be fixed in a planned patch tomorrow morning (Nov. 6). So don't get rid of your Zombot or All Hallow's Visage, they will be useable by non-subscribers again soon!
