I can't seem to change my avatar.  When I select "Browse" and pick a file then click "Update Avatar" it reverts back to the avatar I'm trying to change.  I have plenty of room in my attachment manager 3mb of 48mb.  I've made sure I meet all the other requirements too like pixel size and file size.

Yeah, it happens a lot, but its just because the forum is lazy :P, just remove your avatar select the new one and even if it shows the old one again, it will change eventually after some time or if you post again, obviously the larger the file you choose the longer it will take.

Actually, I believe this just might be a problem I've noticed with using FF or perhaps other browsers as well. There have been times where I've switched images in posts or uploaded different ones, and they were still the old ones. When actually, they updated and usually a refresh or some such was needed for me to see the new image in place of the old one. Or in some cases, I have to delete or remove the old image before uploading/replacing it with the new image because it either wouldn't change for just me, but did for everyone else, or it wouldn't change at all.

Don't blame the site dammit! It's talked to me before and I know it's just an innocent bystander!

Its actually the sites fault for keeping the same resource name.
The browser is only caching the image as the site has told it to do so.

I only have one love, sorry!

However, if I had a second love, it would be RoD before it would be here. :)

For what?

Doesn't matter either way. Excuses are a matter of opinion.

Only as a possibility of your perspective. So it goes like this:

I perceive, that from Tyrael's perspective, I was making excuses. I beleive this based on statements he made, with the complete possibility that his own words were meant falsely or as a "lie" and understand the possibility that the case of his perspective may have changed in the present, and can in the future from that of which they were when he made said statements. As well as, the possibility of misdirection, implications, and/or assumptions from either individual.

However, in my own perspective, I do not see relation between "excuses" the word, definition/s, and/or more likely misinterpreted definitions and my previous statements. However, in the event that they did make sense, I would still perceive them as false/incorrect beyond the irrelevance of his statement due only to my firm belief that that which is perceived, believed, and/or thought of as excuses is solely the opinion of each individual. This, on more technical and defined terms, is beyond the belief that everything from one's perception is an opinion based on their own beliefs and their chosen way of thinking.
