OK, I can direct connect to GodSpire but I still don't see it listed under action and Throbble sees me as "offline" when I'm logged in. GameSpy made some changes a couple months back that I think is causing this. It's no longer sufficient to foward the NWN specific ports, it seems that the GameSpy ports must now be forwarded.
Make sure the GodSpire server has these ports forwarded as well as the NWN ones:
These ports are all local ports which need to be allowed to send traffic both ways. Also, Bioware says that you only need to allow UDP, GameSpy say TCP. I say, with the number of ports you're opening, try just UDP first. If you still have issues, open the TCP as well on an port by port basis, according to the firewall warning log.

I did this to ThrobbleServ after it stopped appearing in the social channel and it's gotten huge traffic ever since.
