Combined creatively with the words "your mother," it's pretty much guaranteed to piss anyone off. That it isn't banned here is yet another reason to vote for an end to the word filter.

To be "pissed" in the UK means to be drunk, which is kind of odd because in America it means to be angry. Which makes it sound like America can use a drink.

Anyway, when words like that have other more common meanings it's hard for them to be effective as an insult.

Where something like "fucktard" does a great job of combining "fuck" which is a universally useful cuss word with "retard" which has horrible connotations in our society making "fucktard" doubly effective.
