A glaive is just a polearm with a blade.

Quote
Also called a glave, couteau de breche, and fauchard/fouchard, a glaive ... The glaive was a medieval European polearm with a long knife-like blade
Glaive

My Favourite weapons are the Two bladed swords or a cool looking bow

Thats a very poor example of a glaive.
But then a glaive is more of a girly weapon than a halberd.

A 10,000 megawatt bomb? I'd have to assume you ment 10,000 megaton nuclear bomb, in which case you'd have quite the Doomsday weapon.  A 10,000 megawatt bomb on the other hand, would produce about the same amount of power as the Manitoba Hydro Limestone hydroelectric generating station.  Not quite enough to cause major city wide structural damage or loss of human life.  For example, the most powerful nuclear weapon ever tested was the Russian Tsar Bomba, which had a yield of 50 megatons.  This generated about 5.3 Yottawatts = 5.3x10^24 watts.  Your play toy weapon produces 10^10 watts.  Thats a wopping 14 orders of magnitude less power or a thousand millionth millionth the power.

Simply speaking, the energy released from 1 megaton would be 4,200,000 Gigawatts. 10,000 megawatts = 10 gigawatts, therefore your weapon has the same energy output as a 1/420,000 megaton bomb or about 2.4 tons of TNT, which is about the power of the bomb that destroyed the Murrah Office Building in Oklahoma City.  A big bang but hardly an effective nuclear device.

Have a nice day.

I bet it works way better than a tanning booth!

*In best Yoda voice* Big this bomb is, yes.

And I thought the creature in Krull could only be killed by that giant throwing star with the retractable blades.
