The other day I played WoW with at a friend's house and it was pretty fun  :)
So are there any good RPG's out there/coming up that you don't have to pay for monthly?

Well... you could try Guildwars... but imo the best free MMORPG ( If you find a decent private free server) is Ragnarok Online... gosh.. ive been addicted to that game....

After looking around, the only two RPGs I'm looking forward too are:
Dragon Age
NWN 2
