Drago and me (Drago in particulary) managed to set up our own chatroom in mIRC! So everyone who wants to have a chat is welcome. Here's what to do:
1. First of all, we need mIRC, wich can be downloaded
here.
2.Download the file to your desktop and install it to the folder you see fit.
3.Once this is done, be sure to launch mIRC. When it comes up, the a screen with the creator's face should appear. Just close that, its meaningless.
4.Type your Name, Email Address [does not have to be your real name/email], Nickname, and Alternate Nickname in.
5.Once this is done be sure to click okay at the bottom. Now that you can type, type in /server irc.irchat.tv and press enter.
6.Wait until it connects you fully. You will know your connected once a channel box pops up. Just close that out, its meaningless. Now type /join #GodSpire
7.Now you are in the chat room. Other commands for IRC include /nick NewNickname [This changes your nickname] or /quit [This makes you quit from the server].
Extra:
About changing nicknames: Some nicknames are taken by other people and registered with a password. That means it belongs to someone. To register your own nickname just type /ns register passwordhere email@email.com Whenever you connect to the server you will need to type /ns identify yourpassword so the server knows it's you.
