I don't see why you closed this topic; the purpose of Random Ranting is for posting topics that donÃƒÂ¢??t fit in any of the other categories.

Make a new rule: All topics started by someone that gets banned for longer than a week get closed.

That way Wobbles/Zen Zen/The Ultimate Spazm doesn't come back in a month and try to revive all the topics that got him banned in the first place.
