Nice Article about PWs

Ran across this article today.  Nice to know that NWN (and NWN2) are still going strong.  As a medium for online role-playing, I don't think NWN has seen an equal, and I have my doubts it ever will.

The key to NWN as opposed to the breed of huge MMORPGs that are sprouting up everywhere, was that the NWN PW was a relatively small community, where every characters behaviour could have an intimate effect on the entire PW.  You won't see that happen in WoW.

Too bad GameSpy got shut down. I don't see any game replacing NWN but the online community has been severely crippled.

There is apparently a fix for it, I saw it on nwvault. I will try to find and post it on here later.

I miss NWN...I still have my world Lyrasia (hell I still know how I spelled it! ). Often wonder how far it would have gone had I gotten NWN say before ...Hordes of the Underdark was released (think that was the last 'major' [read CD-burned] expansion).
