Also, masturbating is only required if you do not have a partner. So if someone denys masturbating there could be valid reasons like the presents of a girl/boyfriend. Or like what was said, a physicle deformation.

Actually, that would partly be the result of a particular chemical in the human body. Ever heard of, oh say,
Dopamine? Who doesn't love dope? *laughs* Anyway, what causes one to do such things as this, has nothing directly to do with their penis, it's the other factors that cause such "manipulation" as you put it. There is an indirect link, but it is most certaintly not the cause itself.
Not necessarily, as partners do not always have sex, when one or the other is in the mood. However, that would certaintly mean they may alot less, but stop completely unless they are fucking like jack rabbits, unlikely. The good point about that is, sex supposedly provides 5-6 times more 'relief' than masturbation, so you struck gold. Nonetheless, the usually claims of one who 'does not' are also meant has 'has not.' And such claims make me laugh.
The mighty brain argument! Right you are, however, it is often a question related to psychology. Think of how different people learn, and what they like. Some people learn and comprehend, etc. better through hearing, some visuals, others, hands on, and then there is also reading/imagination. So too, will some people take preference of one of these when it comes to sexual pleasure. Some would prefer hearing, or sight, sight and hearing, imagining, etc. It's preference, not inability. Though the hands on type is sort of ironic to this whole thing, no? lol
