This article is about "strangelets". A new reactor in the US is being built to reproduce matter as it was a few seconds after the universe was created by making sub-atomic particles collide at enormous speed :-
"According to the project design plan, it is intended to open "unexplored territory" in which "there is ample room for the unforeseen."
It is not known for certain if a side-effect will be the creation of some form of matter or condition unstable for life as we know it.

Boom! And the world is compressed to half its size for half a nanosecond...
Would you survive?

Oh just another speculative topic.

Anyone heard about this before?
