"Sit comfortably, preferably in a quiet place.
Close your eyes.
Breathe naturally.
Sit for about one minute, breathing slowly.
Recite the following phrase in your mind: I am a good, leveled and controlled NWN-player. This phrase is known as a mantra and is used as a way of relaxing your thoughts and focusing inwards.
Concentrate on your breathing, and begin to repeat the mantra.
Allow your thoughts and feelings to be present. Donâ??t try to resist them but just be aware of them while you keep on slowly repeating the mantra. You will probably begin to relax more and more as you breathe. Slowly and slowly repeat the mantra in time with your breathing.
Build up to 20 minutes a day, starting with 5 minutes. When you have completed your allocated time, take a minute to slowly open your eyes, and begin to breathe less deeply. Then move slowly into the Halls of the Il�ºvatar."
