In all honesty, I'm not sure what's supposed to be on that page. It was something that Nathan set up just before he quit LM. He asked 420 to provide some info about the server, but I don't think it got very far.

Xen, if you'd like 420 and I to come up with some content, we have ideas - just say the word!
