ban system is messed

I am banned yah know, i rejoined like an idiot, then when i was up in the pillar i could move, and now Tristam thinks im spamming, he bans me again, im able to rejoin, so just to let you guys know that the ban script isnt working oh and im at like my 17th ban now

The ban isnt supposed to stop you rejoining.
Its supposed to send you to the farm for our amusement.
There is a bug, as you should remain in cutscene (i.e cant hostile people, etc) that occured since last update - im going to fix that now.

You do realise that a 17th ban would mean you are banned for 7.5 years, right?

Anyway - for those interested, this guy is full of shit. Hes on his 4th ban (after i have removed the stacking (DONT DO THAT AGAIN XEN).

He is banned until tomorrow sometime.

No, i sent two tells, to tristram and Cailia, to tell them the thing wasnt working.

Ok let me reply to this.  First off it is very annoying when you hostile someone.  If you are in a duel and someone sets you to hostile you will stop whatever it is you are doing and go a flat foot, not good at all.  You did send tells to at least two people, and you told me to come toss kobolds at you.  So don't lie.

Maybe the reason you are so frustrated is that you are new to NWN and don't understand some of the basic game designs. When you hostile a person, as Mo said, that person clears all their actions and makes them flat-footed (which causes all sorts of horrible AC penalties and makes you vulnerable to sneak/death attacks).  You can guess that this is very bad for anyone that is in a duel.

GodSpire is a PvP server, possibly the most popular in NWN. The most fundamental rule is, you are not allowed to interfere in a duel. In fact, I ban anyone who messes with a duel I am in, you are lucky I wasn't on that time. The whole point of GodSpire is to provide players with uniterrupted/balanced duels.
