See it's always good to add the crazy one's oppinion in amung the stack. Though what 420 just said above me sounded pretty crazy. Jk. Actually sounded nonsensical if that is a word. I'm still pretty sure that 420 has some extremely odd or random trigger that he just wants to completely baffle and unerve you with.

everyone talks about it, but what does this rule do? what changes?

NO ONE KNOWS! That's the whole point. It displays this message three times in a row on the Action Log.

The Rule of Threes is in effect.
The Rule of Threes is in effect.
The Rule of Threes is in effect.

Or something like that. Then a little bit later 3 messages that say.

The Rule of Threes is no longer in effect.
The Rule of Threes is no longer in effect.
The Rule of Threes is no longer in effect.

Or something along those lines. I've only seen it once so I don't remember.
