Release date & final beta weekend

Guild Wars 2 will officially launch on Tuesday, August 28th.
The next and final Beta Weekend Event is planned for July 20-22.

Have you pre-purchased yet? :)

Personally I'm never super interested in betas.  I'll definitely be pre-purchasing GW2.  We should start to get a guild put together?

Who else plans to get onboard GW2?

I've already joined my old guild, but I believe you can be part of multiple guilds in gw2.  From what I've heard zodiac braves has reformed as well, so I'll probably be joining them too.  If no one else is planning on playing you should just join my current guild - you'll fit right in, you're Canadian.

lol they are a bunch of Canadians? I just read that Anet is discontinuing support for GW on Windows 95 -> ME....how could they!!!?

Bah, the stone age is ancient. Windows 95? Not even two decades old. I'm still rollin'
