Here is a rare ring that dropped for me in normal after killing Zoltun Kulle.

All my shit is rare, and has been rare for some time now, I need some goddamn legendary items. lol.

I doubt anyone is going to inspect every equipped item on all 10 of my characters. And you can't see what's in the inventory or stash.

Too late, I did that awhile ago. I was checkin' out everybody's shit. Sept, I'm sure it's all different by now. Although, I have had a couple items myself for a long freakin time....

Here are before and after shots of the gems I've been hoarding while waiting for the 1.0.3 patch to lower gem combination costs. (Before it took 3 gems to upgrade to the next higher quality now it only takes 2.)

I was planning to post the before and after math for all of my gems but then I realized I was being insane so I'll just use this example:

Before Patch 1.0.3: 1 Radiant Gem = 243 Chipped Gems

After Patch 1.0.3: 1 Radiant Gem = 32 Chipped Gems

The clothing colors seem to vary widely based on the ambient lighting.

Just found "Development Hell". It can appear randomly as the 4th dungeon in the Cemetery of the Forsaken (Act 1 Nightmare or higher difficulty).
