Well at least not with that thing.  It's freaking huge.  You can easily type with two hands if it has some kind of little mount like the iPad's case.  Anyway it's too big. It's like carrying around a 15'' flat screen.

If they would just make a low cost model you can hand wrote on with a stylus, convert to type in a word processor, wireless updates to the OED and Rogets Thesaurus, and a usb port ill be sold. I dont need the rest of the tricorder functions.

Microsoft's Courier might be close to that.

The smaller tablet you can type with two hands and it does have a USB port so you might be able to plug in a keyboard.
