No way to check through scripting that I know of. There may be a way to see if a player has specific expansions using NWNX but I don't know for sure.

For what reason would you want to do this? AFAIK NWNX wouldn't havw a way to find this out.

I was planning a leveler, but just realised that instead of GiveLevel, I can only use SetXP, which would automatically stop players without HotU to level past 20.

Well, the fact that a player doesn't have HoTU would automatically stop them from leveling past 20 anyway.
