NWN2 Crafting System for the Tavern of Doors

I have implemented the NWN2 crafting system in the Tavern of Doors. Crafting tools can be found in the Training Room near the basic weapons and armor stores. The Alchemy, Blacksmith and Magical workbenches can be found in the tavern itself (check your map notes) with crafting recipies nearby. Kii'Kann sells all base crafting material.

Note: All magic items have been removed from the basic weapons and armor stores in the Training Room.

Kii'Kann now sells gems, blank scrolls, bone wands and potion bottles.

Oh, and the Debigulator/Rebigulator now has restrictions on the scale you can set. It's now between 0.1 and 10.0. Cold was running around at 0.000000001 and it was basically the same thing as using the "Null Human" model. Also, the De/Rebigulator properly displays the current scale settings.

neato! Enelya's been having fun crafting stuff, but I ran across an error in the recipe book "Of Heathful Enchantments for the Body" or whatever. on the boots of striding +6, it says to cast "Cats Grace" but it should be "Bears Endurance"

Alight, the crafting typo has been fixed, let me know if you find any more.

And I added descriptions to some of the objects in the Training Room that were lacking one. Let me know if you find any placeables without a description or with that stupid "There is nothing special about this object." description, ALL MY OBJECTS ARE SPECIAL DAMMIT!
