What about the Big Bang? That must of been damn cool.

At least I can see part of why theres such a hype surrounding Planescape with these mods.

Daedalus the Crafter is being considered as a NPC for the Planescape Trilogy! (This means that his post was moved to a private dev forum for review.)

If you want to see your favorite PC from any roleplaying setting make an appearance in the Planescape Trilogy as an NPC or even a hireling post their stats here: PC-NPC Conversion

Read all the stickies so you know what format the posts subject/contents should take. Here is the one I submitted for Daedalus:

Quote
PlayerName: 420
CharacterName: Daedalus the Crafter
Servers: ThrobbleServ
Class: Wizard/Fighter/Rogue
Race: Human
Deity: Boccob
Hair Color: Red
Eye Color: Green
Weight: 180lbs.
Height: 6'6"
Bio:
Daedalus Daedalion, "the Crafter", is a powerful wizard with some training in the arts of the fighter and rogue. He is a collector of lore, a skilled appraiser and an accomplished crafter of objects both mundane and magical. Daedalus believes that all knowledge should be disseminated as much as possible. To this end he is just as likely to be found in the castles of the mightiest rulers on a Prime world as he is to be found in the abyssal layer of some foul demonic prince.

Whenever Daedalus collects a piece of new lore he makes many copies of it then distributes it to libraries all over the multiverse. This free distribution of knowledge makes him a priceless resource to some and a disruptive menace to others. He may be under the protection of some fiendish prince when he visits to trade information but there are always those in the service of other powers who oppose that prince and would silence Daedalus.

Daedalus was born on some forgotten Prime world (Earth?) where he was an architect, an inventor of games and a maker of toys. One day while walking down a city street Daedalus passed under an archway while formulating a particularly complicated puzzle in his mind and suddenly found himself in Sigil. He quickly grew accustom to his new home and found that, in this world, the Art came naturally to him.

Daedalus maintins a modest residence in Sigil, where he keeps a change of clothes and a backup spellbook. However, he spends most of his time wandering the Planes, collecting or passing out lore. Daedalus can occasionally be found  delivering new books to the Library of Lore in the Outlands. He speaks fluent Cant but also knows the common tongue of numerous Primes and will often converse with others in their native language.

Daedalus is bald but sports a thick, red beard. He is unnaturally tall and thin for a human and life-sustaining magics make him look like a young man in his prime despite his ancient age. His long, nimble fingers are just as ideal for crafting delicate objects and they are for hurling powerful spells. Daedalus often employs illusion magic to gray his hair and age his features when he wants to deal with people that would not take a younger man as seriously.

Daedalus wears the simple robe of a monk dyed a bright "royal blue" and tied with a rope from which hang many pouches. When the situation calls for it he can alter the appearance of his clothing with illusion magic. He always has a gnarled, wooden staff in his possession. The staff is not magical in itself but Daedalus has many weapon-enhancing spells readied at all times.
Alignment: Neutral Good
Romantic Subplot: No
Dying: Yes

I wasn't able to locate a Planescape-specific list of deities but it pretty much uses the Default D&D Deities.
