No, it is not a boring game. I've been on the www.bioware.com, an as I understood they were about to remove the "Roll 1 auto Fail rule".... I think they said that, asking me, that is just fantastic! B)

aww no dude the 1 auto fail is a part of the game, it's fun to have a chance of instant death

and I don't like that in pvp it's soooo easy to get all saves, espacially the reflex it's too good when combined with evasion, ofcourse bioware has fucked a lot of stuff and sometimes spells don't have evasion saves

Only us old folk who remember games like the Adventure Constuction Set (Commodor 64), the Bard's Tale Construction Set (worst RPG construction set ever) and the Forgotten Realms: Unlimited Adventures understand fully what Neverwinter Nights represents.

I have been building my own adventures on computers for about 20 years. There is a HUGE community of people who used Unlimited Adventures and we all waited anxiously the 2 years between Bioware announcing NWN and NWN being released.

Throbblefoots first attempt at module building was actually a direct conversion of her Unlimited Adventures adventure to NWN.  It translated over very well in fact.

While NWN is a nice RPG single/multiplayer game, its true power lies in the toolset.

The Unlimited Adventures community kept improving the game for a good 10 years, even after SSI (company that made the game) went out of business. Some of those same people are now helping out with things like CODI,  DLA and the CEP.

Neverwinter Nights is truely a game for the ages, years after Bioware is gone there will still be a huge community of D&D geeks, RPG enthusiasts and adventure builders that will be working to create new things and fix old problems for NWN.

Hell, one group of people is working on a modernization of NWN, complete with guns and city tilesets.

Far from being "boreing" [sic] NWN is possibly the best computer game ever made.

Uh, Elessar, not to be a complete ass, but what is the point of posting that there was no point to a particular post?

My heavens, I think you've invented meta-spam!
