How do you reboot?

A while ago, I had a friend reboot my computer. I cant get ahold of him and I need my computer completely cleaned out very badly. Can someone please explain how? :(
My PS3 Game Library:
Call of Duty 4, Guitar Hero 3, Mirrors Edge, Motor Storm, Resistance 2, Rock Band 2, Soul Calibur 4, Valkyria Chronicles

Simple. Unplug your computer and set it in the road. Leave it there for a year and then buy a new one!
I like to chew on things.

Backup the things you need. Like documents, music, downloads, ect. To a other partition, disk, or other place to store it.

Then reformat the partition your OS is on. With windows it's making a new installation and filesystem when you boot from the cdrom. (or use fdisk if you know it)

Once you have a clean new OS, install the software (drivers, programs, updates, ect) and get the things back from the backup you made.

If you need a step by step explain about it, then you need to give more information about the computer. And it's better to search help in RL.

N/M I am just gonna give my computer whiz of a cousin $20 to do it.

Indeed, you could simply make a wipe disk, or a zap disc(floppy) if you have the drive. But of course that means you will need an installation disc of some sort for windows. This may help... Http://www.bootdisk.com/

exactly, dont pay anyone to do it, i replaced my mobo yesterday, this obvioulsy needs a reformat also. didnt take too long. noone paid me though, :)
