I mean sov, not wof, my bad.
And the only reazon I would set levelreq is to enfore poeple to use level 1 items in a level 1 duel. Otherwise it just makes naked poeple and newbs that still need to levelup before they can equip belogs stuff.
And for the 1 rolls. It's so fun to die in a mage duel from the 3th fod that hits. Just like getting stunned afther a 7 sov spam with 60 reflex save on your char. I think poeple saw 1 rolls on spells as something bad.
It are just suggestion, you do what you want, I don't care at all.
