DE server is called 0 0 DE Rune and it's under action. It's rarly up because we always play at gs.

It will be up alot more since GS is down. so look for it.

why is everyone saying gs is down.. is it down like 24/7 or only a few hrs a day?

Its usually up 24/7.
Its down at the moment for maintainance. Im hoping to get it back up today
