Try World Timezone Maps at the top and select either 12hr or 24 hr

Who are the judges and how many do you need? One judge per player?

Why not have the judges freeze whoever dies that way they can't interfere in anyway possible?

good idea, when they hit the deck, use the rune on them and they will stay down.

and there are 3 judges..
