Blasphemer!

I grew up with Transformers.  That movie was so bad I only stayed through it past the first 5 mins cause I don't walk out of movies.  I couldn't stand the humor (that stupid kid was so fucking annoying).  Also I'm sick and tired of Michael Bay, he needs to change things up a little, same old shit different day.

Megatron was stupid...he's a damn gun not a plane.
Bumblebee wasn't a beetle wtf...

shit shit shit
Unicron ftw

Pfffft! I don't think I'm crazy - I know I'm crazy!

And the Transformers movie was excellent, btw! :)

The Transformers movie was basically the plot of the Transformers Marvel Comic, same family of humans and all.

I don't mind them changing Megs because transforming into a gun is stupid on so many levels. In the cartoon he would physically shrink down to a hand-gun where every other Transformer in existence basically kept their full bulk when transformed (with the exception of Shockwave of course).

Besides Megs has been a lot of things, as Galvatron he transformed into a giant energy cannon. And the next-generation Megatron from Beast Wars became a Tyrannosaurus Rex and later a dragon.

I agree that Bumble Bee should have been one of those new VW Bugs however.

But what it really comes down to is: Was Optimus Prime a blue and red semi and did he have his original voice? Both answers were "yes" therefor the movie rocked!

The silly humor bothered me the most.  It just wasn't funny.

I thought it got worse as the movie progressed. It went from serious and progressed into a level of stupidity I wasnt expecting.

That movie only reinforces the opinion that the Shila Boof kid only ruins movies. I hope he doesnt have much of a part in Indiana Jones 4 =(

I don't think it's him personally, as he was ok in Constantine and I, Robot (maybe cause he wasn't the star), the writing was just horrid.

And I suppose that the writing for the Transformers TV show and animated movie were deftly rendered morality plays with perfectly sculpted prose worthy of Shakespeare or Moliere?

Had a little error when posting my previous post.  But aside from the message, the post seems fine.  Attached a screen shot that includes the url.

Edit: had the same thing on this post and the pic didn't get uploaded.
Edit2: it doesn't appear if I edit a message.

I keep getting notifications from "My Messages" that I have a new PM but when I go to view them it still only shows the real old messages and the last one from July of last year.

I get the feeling that my PM inbox got full before it finished migrating my inbox from the old forum so it left off PMs from the most recent months (Aug07-Feb08). Consequently my new messages are getting lost though I'm getting notification for them.

Is there any way to recover these lost messages?

And I apologize to anyone that sent me a PM that I didn't reply to.

Try pruning your PMs?  I can't seem to find a setting to increase amount of PM storage available...

Whoops, never mind. The "sort by date" button just does weird things. My PM's are listed from most recent at the bottom of the page so I just couldn't see them.

But I am getting them, sorry for not responding to everyone's PM. This new board takes a lot of getting used to.
