what don't u like about eq2?
why is itdso bad in your opinion?...

it sounds as if eq2 cannot beat wow at all...

EQ2 is level based, in which you must be level 10 to get from here to there ETC.

EQ1, No level req crap at all, Just free-roaming untill you die or log out.



Better graphics are definitely NOT worth how badly EQ2 sucks.

I know that your opinion counts, but there's just no chance I'd ever go for EQ1 over 2. EQ2 is quality from every review I've seen and 1 opinion that says it isn't good just can't sway me.

but if EQ1 veterans ar eleaving for EQ2, then it suggests EQ2 is good....

maybe the mmorpg world can be seen in terms of 2 type sof players (or more) -

thos who like EQ type and those who like WoW type?...

WoW is more arcadey like D2
EQ is.. er.. more quest oriented?... camping and raiding?

i heard that in WoW the biggest war areas are not in use because the player community hasnt reached that level yet - it hsould be awesome when it gets there.

but nwn is still the best!

The greatest thing about EQ2 is that it's so much more mature than anything else on the marked.

EQ2 isnt that bad wobbles fun is what you make itto be.<---(i think i made a japanese sentence)

Anyways i will say it aint as fun as EQ but hey everyone needs a change once in a while.

what did bloodangel mean by saying that EQ2 is more mature than other mmorpgers?...

are the players mroe mature?

Well, a review on Xplay (g4techtv) came in on EQ2 vs. WoW.

EQ2 got a 4 out of 5.
WoW won with 5 out of 5.


There were poor little bunnies used for mindless slaughtering... "Whyyy? Whhyyy?"

And the death sequence in WoW is actually pretty cool, and original. When you die, you make a walk (of shame, perhaps) through the ghost world and return to your corpse, allowing you to continue where you left off.
