What did you all think about the "secret" movie trailer by Bad Robot Productions? What the hell is attacking the city? I say it's a dragon.

actually, that is titled JJ Abrams

We add it to all the movies because the trailer log tells us to.

I beleive it is a working title considering the title is the director's name

Also, if its Godzilla again I am going to be pissed

I think Cuchulann guessed godzilla after the movie.

However, they already made an updated godzilla movie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120685/) as well as remakes of the classic godzilla in Godzilla 1985 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087344/) and Godzilla 2000 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0188640/). If it's yet another godzilla movie then I'm gonna be real pissed off!

I've got it! It's the new Meca-Godzilla remake!! Sounds like Godzilla but with just a slight mechanical rasp!

Lolz. Could be Meca-Godzilla. My favorite of the series. But I highly doubt it, and pray that its not. There are several working titles according to wikipedia. Cloverfield being the main one advertised on there and yahoo. 1-18-08.com is the website.

It is filmed in New York...so Im doubting a godzilla.

I think it might be an old sci-fi movie. Around the 50's. Cause godzilla didnt come from the sky. I could be wrong, but I dont think so.

It does look neat, and hopefully it will be good. All secret cast, all secret script and all. It sounds like it might be big, but with all of the lack of info it could be a total bomb lol.

Anyway... Just a wild guess from a FF fan: Maybe it's Bahamut, and they're making a new FF movie!!! =D

Godzilla came from underwater (at least in the last movie) i think, but it was indeed after he mutated from a nuclear explosion.
The japanese version says it mutated from the nuclear explosion produced by the hiroshima's bomb, and the american one was from experiments in an island near france.

Indeed, godzilla was originally created as a statement about the hazards of using atomic bombs. It's quite ironic that the monster created by the Hiroshima bomb turned it's wrath on the very targets of that bomb (Japan) and not on the creators/droppers of the bomb (USA).

Probably had something to do with the U.S. occupying them at the time.
