Another Randomer:

Login Name: leelandjason
Character Name: Tamas
Offense: Hides, randoms and incites noobs to attack sents in team duel arena.  Now that someone has taught her bulletcasting, her behaviour has gotten worse.

Here are some randomers who haunt Godspire between 10:00AM - 1:00PM EST.

Login: RivePhoenixxx
Player Name: Various, anything with caps and spaces between every letter.
Frequency on Godspire: Everyday
Behaviour: Randoms, doesn't duel within the rules, doesn't listen at all.

Login: (Unknown, couldn't stay long enough to find out)
Player Name: Merem/Merom
Frequency on Godspire: Once or twice every week.
Behaviour: After watching someone duel and lose, runs over and says "You Suck" and then proceeds to insult players through Tells.  This often provokes repeated randomings.  He often randoms others as well.  I dazed him a number of times and finally stoned him, hoping he would leave.  He happily stayed stoned for 30-40 mins at a time though and returned to randoming after being unstoned.

Merem (or Merom) in particular is a troublemaker.  Right after I got all the randomers and noobs settled, he runs around and starts everything up again (when he can).  I think Calia got the login after I left but I'm not sure.

Unfortunately Ryu will be away for a month.

I've also noticed that most players from 10:00AM - 1:00PM EST are French speakers.  It'd be great if French speaking sents are available at that time.  My Quebecois sucks.

Really good luck Ryu , I wish you the best !!! What are you doing in China and Japan ?

Thanks Max, I plan to do some serious sightseeing in the northern half of China and Japan (been to the southern half already when I was in highschool).  I originally had the trip planned for two years ago, but the SARS epidemic wiped out the trip.  Now that I'm graduating from college, it's the perfect time to go!

Have a fun trip, Ryu. You should post this in the other section so everyone else dun think you dissapeared.

btw.. how old are you?

Thanks Delly, but I don't really know that many people outside of Doriath (Nemo and Tyr never check LM anyways).  No point clogging up the forum.  I did tell Mo I'll be leaving though.  As for how old I am, you can do the math from the info given above  :D

i hope than u ate some china girl asses  ;) !!

I'll certainly be eating something off of a Chinese girl, Shion, and it'll be something better than their rear end.  :D

if you wanna eat good food there order beef in green pepper sauce  ;)

I'll keep that in mind, Miro.  I'm also dying to try the Beijing Duck (a duck wrap) and Chinese beer.

Thank you all so much for your well wishes.  It certainly shows everyone how tightly knit the Doriath community is.

I have some important presentations to make to a company late April and then I'll be off to China and Japan for the entire month of May.  Hopefully I won't be robbed/cheated too badly on my trip.

Yeah, so meanwhile, don't boot me out of Doriath.  See you all early late May - early June.  I might be able to check in on LM while on the road.

I'll make the corrections to the book as soon as possible.  Mo, shall I resubmit the book to the library after the corrections are done?

High SR monks with decent-high AC would be very useful as well.  They can range ahead to engage and pin down the enemy first (not to mention drawing spells like WOF).  Then high level mages and clerics can still rain Ice Storms safely from afar while archers continue to pour arrows in.

Actually, if you have SR monks, you can pretty much do away with mages and substitute them with Ice Storm spamming clerics.

Yes but the threat roll has nothing to do with the crit range.  See my explanation

I see the difference now.  Thanks Mo.

Couple of issue off the top of my head.  Explanation of Critical Hits is off.  Read my explanation in this thread for a fix.  Also as 420 pointed out 2d4 has possible values of 2,3,4,5,6,7,8

Thank you for the feedback Mo and 420.

The Critical Hits section currently states "If player A successfully hits player B with a weapon, player A makes 1d20 threat roll."  It implies player A already succeeded in the Attack Roll and is now proceeding with a Threat Roll.  That sentence needs rewording (not to mention grammar correction), I think.

I fully agree with the other errors and will correct them in the next edition, if my book is still needed.

Can you try?

I've tried every once in a while, especially when he lamented about how he was the only DE frequently on and usually surrounded by Doriath members.

He's adamant about staying in DE though.  I'll continue my efforts.

Should I try and recruit Nemo?

As long as Tyr is part of DE, I very much doubt Nemo will defect.  Tyr and Nemo are very close and often play on other servers together.

Uhm... No I would have no problem with it. The IP Adress is: "192.168.0.22:5121" Do you want me to PM him?

By the way you could have just PMed me. :P

Brior, that IP address you listed up there sounds like a local IP Address and not the global IP address we need to access your server.  I think you need to give Mo the global IP address.

Also, does your ISP give you a static IP address?  I think most ISPs switch their subscribers' IP addresses around once in a while.  The global IP address you give Mo today may not be your IP address a week from now.
