how is it uber vs noob if they are in lions arch or past it. u would be atleast lvl 10 if your in lions arch. and it wont be in any area before that (boris pass, yaks bend, ascalon, ect.)

i was thinking about new ways to improve and make GW dif. from another mmorpg to have bounties on ppls heads. this will be in Lion Arches area and higher areas. ppl will be able to kill othere player for a set bounty by another player. so like in lion arch that person will be hostile if u choose to take that persons bounty. the player that has made that bounty will be informed that that person has been killed and his gold will be reduced from that players bank (if that person has no mony in their bank then it will be deducted from thet player that has posted the bounty. the person that had a bounty on there head will be deducted lvls or xp (deturmened by how much the bounty was set at).
ex. 5,000 gold= 1lvl down
ex. 5,000 gold= 1lvl down

DE still is owned by shade and els artist u cant take it over(u dont even have enough ppl to help u take it over). artist u should watch yourself and not try to be kicked out of DE. marauders isnt doing much eather so dont complain all we have is the tourny coming up thats it. wait till nwn2 and thats when all of the clans will be back (but then gone in a couple of months, new consoules).
