These are the mages I encountered. So I hope I got everyone, so vote away. :D

Tarragon Slyfoot is not a mage.
Kristie Dian has only ever played a cleric from what I have seen.
Also I don't think Talon has a mage, just a bad ass druid.
Mage is, defined by D&D, Wizards or Sorcerers.
AND, in addition, "Who's the best..." threads are not allowed.

Just vote for all if you think they are all good or pick one who's the one you like most. The number of votes someone gets in this poll is like the number of post or the number of duels you win. It's just a number and it can be interesting. But nothing more. All players in the list are nice anyway and are already "voted" by the topic starter because they are in the list. Only nathan's post is a bit weird to me, maybe he want's to explain it a bit more. Doing it here is not offtopic, it's the reazon this poll exist. Why you did post that? I really want to know. :unsure:

good point 420, nem prob just got confused though... see if it were about some of the best tactics mages use it wouldnt be so offensive(maybe just a little to people who use the tactics that ppl say are bad)

we don't allow topics that say who are the best bla bla bla, but i chagned the title, your alowed to list as many good mages as you like, nobody is the best, i'm sure every mage gets beatin, like for example, mo, he's goten beaten many times, same with siren and akrki there all good but the've goten beaten, so those best topics would not even be correct. THERE NOW ALOWED!

I try to see it positif. The things you say are the same as me, just in other words and whit the opinion that this kind of topic should be locked. But you got a point that this kind of polls can make problems.

Mo is unstoppable..

My Sorc has quite a bit of epic cold res.. and I just love it when a mage Breach/Ice Storm's me for 20-30 dmg.. lol.

As a mage I would cast horrids.
If you ask me, its only druids lose out by the cold resist that most casters are walking around with now..... (in fact, it basically means the end of my druid for vs. caster PvP :( )

Argh why does every D&D computer game screw druids? Even in BG2 I had to use a Werewolf Shifter just to make him effective in battle.

Unfortunately, with the only decent offensive spell being ice storm, it is - quite sadly - the case.
If anyone even suggests FoD as a decent offensive spell for a druid (as its un-empowerable for us poor buggers) I will just laugh (or fart) in your general direction...

Yup druids do have shyte spells...
Shame really...cause unlike clerics they aren't a buggy caster class.
