To celebrate D3 2nd birthday double the rift fragments and a +100% chance for legendary items to drop until the 22nd!

In case anyone missed this announcement (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/12926172697) the +100% legendary item drop chance that they implemented for the week has been made permanent!

Also, I found the very last line of the post interesting:

The increased Legendary drop rate does not affect Act-specific Legendary items from Horadric Caches.

I knew there were legendary items you can only get from caches in Torment difficulty, but I didn't know there were legendary items that only drop from caches acquired in certain acts.
