Title: Creepy Futuristic Speed Bump

Check out what Canada is trying out as a new "speed bump". It's a 2D image that looks like 3D picture at 100 feet.

I predict a major problem with people swerving into oncoming traffic or parallel parked cars trying to avoid it.

Personally I think this is a joke.  It can't be real because it's beyond stupid and wouldn't accomplish people slowing more often than the first time they were fooled.
