I'd say it's not an "internet classic" unless it's at least 10 years old.

Some people understand how to create parody voice-overs and dubbed sarcasm but others don't, the person who made that obviously doesn't get humor.

I cried the first time I saw them and still chuckle.  The best two are the kid on the ice and the pork fried sandwich.
