I know nothing about farming myself. (online single player game, isn't it sad ^_^)

Anyway, guildmembers told me that they not really bother anymore.

I wouldnt bother selling anything. U might get 5k from the -50hp item and few plat from your runes (trader prices only).

The best farm is Glints Challenge from the Central Transfer Chamber for Destroyer Cores, fyi.
