About it not being listed in Action. I have no clue why that is. It's all very annoying.
My router must be to blame for that some how.

We've had this problem crop up recently with our server: ThrobbleServ Thread (http://lucidmagic.net:8080/forum/index.php?showtopic=2369)
Found the fix here:
Bioware Technical Forum (http://nwn.bioware.com/forums/viewtopic.html?topic=396274&forum=49)
For some reason, freeing up just the NWN ports isn't good enough any more, you gotta free up the GameSpy ports now too. I think this is due to a recent change on the GameSpy server side.
These ports are all local ports which need to be allowed to send traffic both ways. Also, Bioware says that you only need to allow UDP, GameSpy say TCP. I say, with the number of ports you're opening, try just UDP first. If you still have issues, open the TCP as well on an port by port basis, according to the firewall warning log.
6667 (IRC)
3783 (Voice Chat Port)
27900 (Master Server UDP Heartbeat)
28900 (Master Server List Request)
29900 (GP Connection Manager)
29901 (GP Search Manager)
13139 (Custom UDP Pings) *A boatload of traffic hits this port.
6515 (Dplay UDP)
*Local Port 13139 is where every server pings your client before it lists.
We only had to free up UDP, didn't have to do the TCP.
