Sorrow's Furnace Date Announced     29 August 2005

We issued a press release today on the subject of the Sorrow's Furnace Update. As many fans surmised from last night's coded in-game messaging, Grenth's Footprint and Sorrow's Furnace will open on September 7th. Find the press release here.

I think the "coded in-game messaging" has something to do with that weird line in the screen shot I posted of the end of PvP Extreme weekend. I'll have to examine it again.

Comment on this build:

Effective energy denial

N/Me

skills:

Wither -- Elite Curse
Malaise  -- Curse
Enfeeble -- Curse
Energy Tap -- Inspiration
Ether Feast -- Insipration
Drain Enchantment -- Inspiration
Parasitic Bond -- Curse
Faintheartedness -- Curse

I'd probably go 11 base curse. 10-11 inspiration and the rest in soul reaping.

Wither and Malaise do not have high energy cost and recharge very quickly.  Casting both on one target will give them a nice energy degeneration of 4, effectively shuting them down.

keep parasitic bond on people and you'll be healed for large amounts over time.  Enfeeble and faintheartedness slow down enemy archers and warriors.

This build is weak against elelements.  Though you can easily slow down enermy casters.  Also it doesn't have too much self heal, malaise with it's -2 hp degen could start to take a toll.

Before you think about going Me/N, realize that Me/Ns are targetted before monks.
If you wanna go nuts put Ether Lord in there and you can stack -7 energy degen on a target.  That could work since this build isn't energy intensive.
