Title: NPC Problem

It seems to have happened to a few different people now, but it seems no matter what npc they ask for equipment they dont get anything. I think one told me he got them but lost them the same moment. The only thing  that these people have in common, is they are all human males that share the same head type and are lvl 20 or under. One tried dying and doing it, and even relogging, but it didnt work.

Anyone have any input as to why?

If they're under level 20 they can't get items. Cuzza ILR

the items are 1-20 or 21-40 (the two armors that are given out) ive had this happen to me before but it seemed to just fix its self, maybe the server just needs to be rebooted could be a glitch.

You dont have to be 20, you can be lvl 1, and it happened to those who were lvl 20 as well, as I said above, anybody 20 and below it seemed to happen to, not just those below 20.
