Title: Doriath's Mage ?

Hmm since LoS is pretty dead ( I mean Viper is on nwn 1 times each month ) and 3 of LoS members are Doriath members , what about creating a ... mage bonus rank ?
That could be good and attract some people in Doriath btw .

Probibly not. Val'istur(Arch-Mage) is for Blood only. We had the idea for classbased ranks but I shot it down. You could make a mage guild and have the first three members be Doriathians, or you could make a mage guild to train people for possible recruitment.

Or I could make a rank with the Title Istar (mage in elven). It would be the 'rank' as that of princes.

Princes could take the title Istar.
High Elves could take the title Val'istur
Would we leave lords out?

Possible Ranks:
Nast'Istur - Gore-Mage
Vahk'Istur - Guard-mage
far'Istur - Hunt-Mage
Oht'Istur - War-Mage

Of course to use that title you would have to get High Elven permission.

we have a lot of mages in doriath, this would be fun with the elven ranks.
