The DM Friendly Initiative (http://nwn.bioware.com/dms/profile_dmhowto.html) has a DM training mod downloadable here. (http://nwvault.ign.com/Files/modules/data/1103500450000.shtml)
It is a training tool for learning the DM Client interface and running an adventure as a DM.

ugh....why do ppl need instructions...it's pretty self explanitory...Creator - creates, etc...

ya well you kinda need to be told how to use console commands, and how to do a bunch of other things too...

Theres a shit load more to it than just pointing and clicking on shit and creating objects/items/placables ect.
Not all of it is seen on the GUI.

Yeah, it's not just to get you familiar with the DM Client GUI, it also teaches console commands and setting up special DM quick buttons.
I believe the training mod also has some kind of tutorial or trainer for running multiplayer RPG sessions. How to progress a storyline, set up random encounters and adjust to your PCs playing style.
